Save as option greyed out
The Save as option on the new Outlook and OWA has been greyed out for a few weeks now, meaning I can't save emails as .eml to include the attachments. Does anyone know why this is? It's getting very ...
We are seeing the same issue here in our company, but only when there is an attachment in the email you want to open.
I have removed all group policies for user and computer by placing them in a higher OU and rebooted twice. Also installed FireFox and cleared the cache in Edge and Firefox.
At home i also have new outlook but the client version is even older 20251212003.09 but at home it does work as expected.
