Safety Tip Issue in EOP Threat Policies
Hi everyone,
I have deployed EOP Threat Policies, including Anti-Phishing and Anti-Spam, with Safety Tips enabled in one of the policies.
Now, whenever I receive an email from an external sender, it displays the message: "You don't often get email from <EMAIL ID>."
The issue is that even for genuine emails, and despite having an ongoing email trail with the same sender, this safety tip still appears every time I receive an email from them.
Can anyone help me understand the reason behind this behavior?

The behavior of the policy has changed. Initially, when the policy was deployed, users were receiving safety tips for internal users as well. However, it now only displays safety tips for external users. Additionally, the safety tips are no longer visible once there is an email trail, typically disappearing after 2-3 replies.

Even though it is allowed, it will still appear. Please review and remove the policy and check the other policies where it has been applied. Ensure it is removed, and then verify again.
When an email is received from external users, this policy will be applied. It is recommended to remove it first and then recheck the status.
