Report message Outlook not functioning

Hello,

 

We have several customers who claims the "Report Message" button isn't functioning as expected.

Since they've clicked the button Outlook gives an error as below. 

 

 

Since it is in Dutch I will translate this : Report message cannot be loaded because of the current browser version isn't supported. 

 

Below an example of an error from another customer:

 

Since it is in Dutch I will translate this : Report Message cannot be opened. Check your netwerkconnection. Try again later if the problem still exists

 

The browser version runs Microsoft Edge 93.0.961.47 in different VDI environments

I tried to disable and re-enable the Report Message button from the 0365 portal -> integrated apps. I also have tried this with only one testuser. The problem still exists.

 

Is there anyone with the same problem and even better the solution?
