Reply button with built in subject line

Hello,

I am trying to somehow create emails that would contain two "buttons"-like option in the message; let's say "yes" and "no".

The functionality should work as a "Reply" button but also change subject line accordingly, let's say the Subject was XXX, after clicking on "yes" it should be "XXX-yes".

I was trying to do it somehow through polls or hyperlink(E-mail Address option), the problem is it creates a 2nd chain of emails instead of replying to the current one, maybe some of you would know the solution that could be used here?
