Recurring events with outlook URL

When composing "Add To Calendar" links for outlook it's unclear how to add the recurrence pattern to the url query params. 

Given a calendar link like the following, what is the param to make the meeting recurring weekly for the next 12 weeks?  There doesn't appear to be any official documentation on this, hoping someone can point me to that.  Thanks.
