Recover deleted email

Hi, 

i don’t know how I did that but I deleted my email account and it’s a @live.fr 

so I can’t even recreate it. 
i thought I had 60 days to reopen or recover my email address but when I try to enter my old email and password it says that this email address doesn’t exist any more. I really need your help, all my contacts are on this one. If you have any idea on how to recover it or redirect my contacts on a new adresse mail please let me know thank you.
