Recognition Tool for Outlook?

Hi community,

Our HR team noticed that we could really benefit from integrating recognition and praise into Outlook, since it does serve as this sort of secondary communication channel for us, the first being Teams. Is Microsoft's Praise a good option? Can we connect it to Outlook? Or does anyone use a third-party app that fits in smoothly?

    To what extend do you want to use it? Does something need to be logged or is it more intended to strengten internal relations in a lighthearted manner?

    Praise only works in Teams.

    However, Outlook does have a Reactions feature for internal emails.
