RECEIVING AND ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD ERRORS

1.  I have Microsoft Outlook and I'm getting a receiving error.  My suspicion is that I have wrong set-up information.  Is there a link that would provide details about how to set-up each different tab?

2.  How do I eliminate a "Enter Network Password" box that keeps popping up?
