Reaction Button has disappeared

Hello,For one of my colleague (and only one) the reaction button has disappeared (or may be, was never been there)We're using Exchange mailbox on Outlook with 0ffice365 licence&nbsp;&nbsp;How to proceed to activate this button ? (I've searched but not find anything 😞 )&nbsp;Thanks for your help

The sender can choose to disallow reactions to a message, are you seeing this behavior for all messages or specific ones?

So it's likely the version of the Outlook/Office client that causes this. Make sure they are using the Office Pro Plus version that comes with the M365 license, and it's updated.
