Save changes but don't send update: it this feature gone for delegates?
hi, 1) Some of my colleagues used to have the option 'Save changes but don't send' when adjusting e.g. text in an invitation as a delegate (their manager). They no longer see this option. Has this b...
Any updates on this? Has the ability to Save, but not send when updating meeting content (not date/time) been brought back?

MicrosoftThe necessary service-side work to enable bringing the prompt back for the Classic Outlook Desktop for Windows delegates was completed as planned in the first semester of 2023. However, for you to actually see this change on the UI, there is still some work needed on the client-side, which I have no ETA for.
On the New Outlook Desktop for Windows, there are also plans to provide a similar prompt to users.
I don't know which one is going to be ready first, if on the Classic or on the New Outlook Desktop for Windows.

Rolling out of the "Send updates only to added or removed attendees" feature to Outlook on the Web (web app) and to the New Outlook for Windows (desktop app) is planned to start soon:

No reply received. Workaround is to use MS365 in the cloud. App won't allow unless someone else has found a solution.
