Hi mayojs. Thanks for the reply. I am running Outlook 2016 not Outlook 365. Do you think the registry patch will work for me ?
II don't see why it wouldn't work for you.
Try it and if it doesn't work for you, back the changes out.
Try the Current User change first, as one user reported that change only worked for him.
