Re: Mobile app Sub folder notifications

In my experience, none of the workarounds actually work. Most of the posted workarounds are simply people misunderstanding the problem and throwing our solutions that don’t solve the actual problem. The only true work around I found (on android at least) is to use Aquamail or Nine email apps. BOTH will cost money, but they are both fantastic and TRUE outlook replacements. If this is not an option, you'll need to make all mail go to your inbox. If THAT is not an option, you just have to miss getting proper notifications. I'm not sure what options there are for 3rd party mail apps that don’t suck on IPhones. The built in mail app might actually do this??

I would have nonesty expected MS to just buy either Nine or Aquamail and rename it to Outlook by now.

I don't really have that option because it's a work phone and email account, and they pay for Microsoft for the license. So I really need to. Make it work. I have missed some very important emails.

I figured that might be the case. I got my company to accept using NINE especially since it fully supports Intune MDM.
