We've released a hybrid RSVP functionality for Outlook on the Web and the new Outlook for Windows a few months ago, back in March 2024.
Check this article Schedule in-person events in Outlook - Microsoft Support for more information, but in general, attendees are able to respond with "Yes, in person" or "Yes, virtually" when the meeting organizer requests them to attend in person.
