Re: Can't make 'from' address default in shared mailbox for new Outlook
I can repro it, so its not a "you thing". Do you have Help tab > Support? If so, contact support to report it.

I got the following response from a Microsoft support Agent using the "Help tab > Support":
"The option "Set default from address" is available only for @outlook.com email accounts. We cannot add any other email addresses other than @outlook.com and alias accounts.
You would have to manually click on 'from' and select the email address."
This should not be the case as we know it works on the previous version of Outlook.
Can someone get this to Microsoft team to try and fix properly?
