Re Adding email account in outlook after swapping to 365

We keep getting an error message on some of our laptops who are trying to re-add the same email address as a 365 address.  

Either says its already their or not recognised.  Everyone has logged in via 365 and set up and many are having issues now that they have deleted their IMAP version and gone on to 365,

Any thoughts on how to fix?
