Quick Steps
I accidentally removed Quick Steps from the menu bar. Despite uninstalling and then installing 365 again it is still missing.
Can someone help me?

I am an independent advisor answering Outlook questions.
New Outlook/Outlook Online
Quicksteps are available in the Classic Layout only. It is not shown in the Simplified view.
Outlook Windows
Try adding the Quicksteps to the ribbon by following these steps.
- File | Options | Customize Ribbon
- From the second column, choose All Commands from the dropdown menu and select Quicksteps
- From the third column, select MainTabs from the dropdown menu
- Click on the Add button and press Ok
