Quick Steps online
Why cant you just add new email to quick steps on outlook online? It is so complicated compared to the desktop version

As an independent advisor, I am here to help you with any questions you may have about Outlook. There are a couple of simple ways to open a new email in Outlook for the web. The first method is to press the letter "N". Alternatively, you can use the drop-down menu and select "Mail."
