Quick Steps in Shared Mailboxes New Outlook
Hi all, Shared Mailboxes can finally be added as a seperate account and I was hoping that quick steps will work as before in the classic outlook. But that does not seem to be the case, anybody kno...
On the Outlook desktop → tap the Quick Steps drop-down menu → select Manage Quick Steps → make sure Show in shared mailboxes is checked, then log out and log back into the account → hold down Ctrl and right-click on the Outlook icon → select Reset Shared Mailbox Cache.
