Questions on contact profiles
Hello,
I've just updated from Win 10 Office 365 to Win 11 Office 365. In reviewing my previous existing contacts in the new format, I find that;
- Linked In Personal and Company links were not transferred over. You get a choice to pick from but often not the correct one.
- There is no option to list an individuals "Position" only "Title".
- There is no option for "New contact within same company" so that you don't have to input the same data.
- There's no option for a "billing address" or "Ship to address".
- There is no choice for a "Direct" phone in the drop down list.
- There is no ability to edit or add-to any notes after the initial input. E.g., previous job, events met at, etc.
- "notes" in previous version of contacts are not transferred to new format.
- Previous "categories" were not transferred over to the new version.
- For some reason in this thread, I'm not allowed to ask about adding categories at one time to a contact.
- To review all the information that I had on a previous contact, I now have to click between four or five tabs.
- I can no longer copy and paste a contact to an e-mail.
I've always tired to "streamline and simplify" but finding this somewhat difficult.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers!

You are comparing the Contacts experience of Classic Outlook with New Outlook here, right?
That indeed is significantly different and more limited in New Outlook and not fully fleshed out yet. You can make feature suggestions within New Outlook via; Help-> Feedback-> Make a suggestion
You can still continue to use Classic Outlook while New Outlook is under development. Classic Outlook will be supported until at least 2029.
