Pulling contacts from existing emails
Hello, I am using Outlook 365 (desktop application) and have recently added the business inbox across, which is an IMAP/POP account.
The IMAP account has 8000+ emails in the inbox and various folders - all the emails have all synced into Outlook.
Nearly each of the 8000 emails are associated with an email address from a different client.
It is each individual email address that I would like Outlook to pick up and auto populate into a contact list for the business.
Is this possible?

(If not, do i have any options that do not include pulling each contact manually?)
(also to note is that the web app associated with the IMAP account does not have an export contacts function)

OpenOcean it is possible... but you need to use a utility or a macro. See Create Contacts From Messages (slipstick.com) for a macro and links to utilities.
