Prompt a permission change to view another person's calendar

Hello,

Is there a way to create an "invite" that asks another person (from your org) to share their calendar in view mode?

Otherwise I have to ask each individual to go and change their permissions to allow me to view their cal?

(Using outlook for Mac)
