Problems using Outlook, Gmail and Google Calendar

Use Google Calendar as your primary calendar rather than the Hotmail calendar in Outlook.
In Google Calendar, open Settings > General > Automatically add invitations to my calendar and select one of the Yes options. Accept Teams invitations from Gmail or Google Calendar, and they should remain available in Google Calendar and sync to your phone. If you use Outlook, ensure Gmail is added as a Google account with calendar access, not as an email-only IMAP account. Changing the primary Microsoft/Hotmail account will not merge the separate Hotmail and Google calendars.
