Problem with password recovery
I'm trying to help my elderly mother recover her Microsoft password. We went through the whole verification form, it was verified, and we received a password reset link. At the link site it says, "For security purposes you need to know the Microsoft account that you're trying to recover. Please enter it and click Next to continue."
We entered the email address and it says, "Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one." What???!!!???
What now?

- Odd....2 days later, the link works correctly and the same email is now recognized.
