Problem with Outlook 2016 - it would not open

Hy,

 

Few days ago, I bought brand new HP x360 ultrabook. I've instaled Office 365 and every app is working except outlook. When I try to lunch outlook the message is apearing with ! sign and it saying:"There is unespected error" and it would not open. I tryed to re-install the office 2 times and it's the same.

I don't know what to do. Please help!

    Try starting Outlook in safe mode by either holding the CTRL key when launching it or typing "Outlook /safe" in the run box. Also try disabling any AV and other types of scanning software.

      I tried it and it when I press ctrl and it is the same thing. :(
