Problem sending emails - getting error message 'The operation cannot be performed because the messag

Hi   I am trying to send photographs to a client and this morning am getting the following message when I hit the send button...   Please help....!

'The operation cannot be performed because the message has been changed'

Its probably a settings issue - and Ive spent hours trying to find it.   Any help would be so appreciated.
