Private Domain emails moving to account level folders
I am trying to be supportive and use the new Wrap around Outlook (NEW) App.
But it is riddled with issues.
This specific one is:
1. You have added private domain email accounts. e.g. email address removed for privacy reasons
2. The emails you receive you want to move to folders stored in the 'account level' folders. (Your registered 365 account)
3. You cannot drag and drop them, you cannot select a folder when you click 'move to'. So you have to go back to your Outlook desktop or IOS APP to achieve this. Why?
It is clearly possible as Windows 11 desktop outlook allows. IOS app allows.
Also, notice that I check my account level emails on the desktop version only one is in the INBOX. I then check using Outlook (NEW) and it shows 4 emails. 3 of them have been filed away.
So how can I trust this software to manage my communications and emails, calendar, contacts etc?
All software on Windows and IOS is up-to-date as of the time I type this. There are no VPNs, or security packages blocking. Internet speed is high!
