Hello! I'm trying to get a link directly to an email in outlook. At the mo any link takes me to my Outlook inbox. Have you been able to get the link to go directly to a specific email? if how?
In support of your issue, I think there's a separate MS Automate flow for emails from / to a shared email address. Here's a link
