Please Help Business Outlook

I'm using the updated Outlook for Business this time and I'm very happy with it. However, it is very inconvenient to find some functions that were available in the existing Outlook.

                - Message recall and replace

                - Message Receiving/Sending Refresh *

                   * I can check a message in Outlook 5~10 minutes after the mail alarm . If I want to check right away, I need to close Outlook and restart it. Can you advise
