Pin icon is not there

I read about the pin option in the WP and it is not visible when I hover the cursor over an email.  It is also not available with a right click.   I am on a desktop Windows 11 Pro version 22H2 OS build 22621.2428 with Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2310 Build 16.0.16924.20054) 64-bit.  Any ideas?
