Phishing Email and Found Too Many Attempts Unsuccessful Sign-In
I'd like to discuss regarding this condition.
I was checking my Outlook account and found something weird. It was 'me' who sent the phishing email to real me and mentioned about sending a Litecoin cryptocurrency. I had already reported that to mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons. While I waiting from Microsoft, what can I do to this phishing email?

It sounds like your account may have been hacked or spoofed. While waiting for Microsoft’s response, change your password right away, check your recent sign-ins for anything suspicious, and review your Outlook rules to make sure nothing was added without your knowledge.
If you have the necessary licensing, you can enable the anti-spoofing/anti-phishing features that Defender for Office 365 comes with (assuming you are using Exchange Online): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-office-365/anti-phishing-policies-about
