Performance Reviews & Surveys over Outlook?

A bit of an odd question this one. Our HR team started realizing we rely on Outlook a lot for communication sometimes even more than Teams (Oddly enough). We are planning to send our regular anonymous employee engagement surveys and maybe our annual reviews through Outlook. Does anyone have any experience with surveys and review forms inside Outlook? Do you embed Microsoft Forms?

In general, you'd send an email with a link to whatever platform is handling the survey. You wouldn't directly include this in an email considering these are usually multiple pages of questions with complexer form logic which allow for follow up questions when specific answers are selected.
If this is handled by an external agency, verify that the email isn't going to be filtered out by your spam filter or that it doesn't end up in "Other" for people with Focused Inbox enabled.
