Pasting HTML in outlook for sending newsletters

Hello everyone,
I am facing a new challenge of creating an HTML-based newsletter that can be sent through outlook express. Has anyone created one before?
 
Please guide me on how to make those colourful and styled newsletters. We want to have the text and images as a part of the email.

    Hi JayMak1,

     

    Beefree.io is a great editor. 

    If you want to send newsletters in bulk, then using an SMTP service provider such as MailChimp is the way to go.

      Thanks MathieuVandenHautte. I will surely look into Beefree, hope they allow the html to be copied and pasted into Outlook.

       

      This is a staff newsletter just to keep employees aware about certain useful things. MailChimp charges a lot and they do not want to remove the unsubscribe button.
