Outook requires autentication each click an email (windows app)

Each time I click on email I can see oultook says Denied access

I click on my email and I can start sesion 

I click on continue and I enter in my email, but when I click on an email I go to step 1

I tried to uninstall app and reinstall but the same. Any solution?
