Outlook/Office 365 loads wrong display name on To: field.

I think I see this. It is a problem of the autocomplete file (.nk2). In the "To" box, when it shows name, there will be an "X" to the right in that box. Click on that "X" and the entry is deleted from the autocomplete file so the name no longer shows up.
On my phone I often "share" items to my own email, I choose Outlook and start typing my name in the To box. But recently it's been suggesting the name "686" (which seems to be an alias for my email address) it still sends OK but I'd like to get rid of the 686. I've tried clicking the "x" to remove it but I get the message: "failed to remove suggestion".
