outlook won't load
My outlook will not load AT ALL. the other microsoft programs are fine but not outlook. my support person has thrown his hands up. please help!

You might have a corrupted Outlook profile. Hard to tell without any error message details. Have you tried re-creating your profile? If you go into Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) in your control panel you should be able to create a new profile and set it as your primary profile. It will take some time to download your email again but it might be as simple as that.
