Outlook will not load profile

Hi,

 

I am running Windows 8.1 with Office 365 latest version available for 8.1.  Recently Outlook started showing the "loading profile" message on the load screen with a pop-up window named "Accounts" that opens and then closes over and over until it eventually turns out.  

 

Can someone help me with this issue?  Thank you.

    Outlook might be trying to access something online and failing. This can be a possible cause, as Outlook can't finish loading the profile, so it'll stay stuck on the Loading Profile screen. The workaround for this is to force Outlook into offline mode by cutting off your internet connection.
