Outlook will not find accounts after Windows 11 Upgrade

Hello,

My computers was upgraded to Windows 11 yesterday.  We have two account logins on the computer.  On one of the accounts, Outlook opened normally after the upgrade.  On the other account a message comes up "Searching for Accounts" and wants an account to be setup.  I am not sure what to do since we do no want to loose all the emails that are in this Outlook account.  There are two EMAIL accounts that we use under this Outlook login.
