Outlook Webmail Non-Functional
I attempted to send an email attachment to my hotmail.com email address. Note that I pay yearly to use this email service. It is not free. I attempted to email myself from my external email account (non-Microsoft) to my Hotmail email address (Microsoft owned). I received the following error for this service I am paying for:
Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender
{email address removed}, ERROR CODE :550 - 5.5.0 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable (S2017062302). [SJ1PEPF00002322.namprd03.prod.outlook.com 2025-08-23T18:37:48.698Z 08DDE08D3D04B3B1]
This service is not free, but it does not work.
What is going on with Microsoft ?

My apologies -- I just noticed I made a typo in my email address. You may ignore this.
Note that I am now logged into my Hotmail email account to post this. My account is valid, and it is paid for as I stated. This is my email address associated with the account where email does not work.
