outlook voting not accurately tracking responses
Issue: voting email responses are not getting updated in to the voting tracker.
For example, if i receive 20 responses for my voting question. when I looked in to the tracker it is showing 15 and randomly missing some people who had actually responded.
Appreciate if any one can help me in letting know what would be the problem or any setting updates need to be changed.

Not so far as of Dec 9, 2022. This is quite lame for Microsoft. Once the messages were moved to a new folder, tracking stopped. The message has a rule that new messages re this conversation be moved (all Microsoft within Outlook) to the new folder. Why can't new replies after the rule is set up be included in tracking of votes?
