outlook update
Hello everyone they say that I never had the desktop access but I beg to differ I had access on my surface for almost 2 years before this update where I could access my Gmail and work outlook account through the desktop app. After the update it stopped, I even submitted several tickets for this and almost canceled my subscription because of this. I pay monthly for 365 and all because this update and my company chose the cheaper plan I suffer and have to work around the old routine. You think consideration of my subscription would allot for access but guess greed won.

1. Basic checking steps
Open Outlook → File → Office Account
Check the version number in "About Outlook" (the latest official version: 16.0.xxxxx)
