Outlook support - human
please help me!!!!i have been stuck in a mixcrosfot loop for over four hours and still cannot find a way to contact a human support person or even to create a new post on this forum!!! does anyone know how to contact support for email ie outlook/hotmail? I have a very old account that appears active and i would like to acces it to see if there are still old emails as they would help with a music archive project i have started. my old passords do NOT work, the password reset DOES NOT WORK, the passowrd recoevery DOES NOT WORK, i just need to somehow contact ana ctual human and give them the details ebcause their autmatoed system immediates stops the process, can anyone help? i cannot find ANYWAY to get a huamn from microsoft to help me

But, Microsoft Account Security is an automated process. There is no direct phone number for account recovery. Microsoft Support Agents can not unlock an account or reset your password. All routes lead back to the automated process or support to help you complete the automated process.
