Outlook suddenly says my browser (chrome) does not allow Javascript

I have not changed any settings, have checked to ensure that Javascript is turned on, updated to the latest chrome, rebooted, but Outlook still says no.

I did delete my cache yesterday if that matters.

Ideas??
