Outlook Storage Full Despite Deleting Everything
Zenifer hey thank you for the suggstions.. unfortunately, in the same boat as the person who inquried assistance, however, knew ahead of time to delete the trash and recycled folder to 'permanently delete' the deleted KB's of emails.. and still having the same error.. I'm having an urgent issue because while having done all of the follow ups to free up space, I'm still not able to send or receive emails in a perdicament situation .. looking for gainful income and took an intensive employment assessment and now on top of status but unable to connect.. because I'm unable to send a follow-up email .. to at least continue my interest.. this is upsetting! I've even done all of this deletion .. (everything needed after just merely 'deleting' the junk folder, over 19K emails in my inbox, and empty recycle bin and empty deleted folder) and then, went one step further, restarted my laptop.. and nothing is working.. I am so upset.. this is a nightmare can anyone fix or provide a solution, I am only being shown a payment screen to cough up money I dont have to give me more storage.. this is really devastating.. I dont have it to pay! I"m frantic.. I have deleted an excessive amount of KB space and this is still terrorizing me .. I need some escalational help!
LadyLee try this.
Access your outlook email via web.
Click File> In account settings Click the link.
On your web mail, click View>General>storage and then empty the folder with the most count of emails. It will automatically sync with you outlook application.
I hope it helps.

I have the same issue - getting a message saying my storage is full. This is because I see I have 1/4 million emails still in "deleted" folder.
So I have gone to my storage settings and chosen to delete all the emails in "deleted" 3 times now. Each time it shows all the emails deleting (it takes hours), then when they are all deleted they are all back again.
Thanks for any help anyone can give, Jo
