I recommend you could follow the below steps to troubleshoot it.
1. To check if it is related add-in, it is recommended to run Outlook on safe mode. Exit Outlook client, then right-click Start button and select Run, type “outlook /safe” in the Run box and press Enter key.
2. To check if it is related to corrupted data files(.pst and .ost), it is recommended to repair Outlook data files.

3. To check if your profile is corrupted, you could create a new profile and view if outcome is better.

Before the operation, please don’t remove previous profile, and you’d better to back up data in case of accident data loss.
