Outlook stopped allowing access to 2nd hotmail account from inside primary hotmail a/c

Up until 2 days ago and for the past several years, my main Outlook King.S... a/c has always included Bark_s... under Favorites in Outlook.  I could select it and it accesses any mail and associated directories in the a/c.  A couple days ago when I was trying to address a msg from MS that my account showed some unusual access from CA around San Francisco.  I attempted to change my passwords on these 2 a/c's and did so on my main a/c, but something happened when I tried to do it on the bark a/c.  NOW the a/c name still shows up under Favorite in Outlook but when I try to select it is shows:  "Your account needs attention.  Select this account to resolve." and does not respond to selection, i.e. a click.  I've looked all over trying to find where I'm supposed to access it and can't find it.

Can someone please advise?
