Outlook Starts and then crashes after installing the latest update on July 7th
you can try the following steps to resolve your issue:
1. Repair Office Installation: Open the Control Panel and navigate to Programs > Programs and Features (or Add or Remove Programs). Locate Microsoft Office in the list, select it, and choose the Repair or Change (Modify) option to repair the Office installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the repair process.

2. Disable Add-ins: start Outlook in Safe Mode (which you mentioned is working fine) and disable any recently installed or suspicious add-ins. Access the Add-ins settings in Outlook by going to File > Options > Add-ins. Disable the add-ins one by one or all at once to identify if any specific add-in is causing the crash.

3. Create a New Outlook Profile: to do this, create a new Outlook profile. Open the Control Panel and navigate to Mail > Show Profiles. Create a new profile, configure your email account(s), and check if Outlook works without crashing in the new profile.

4. Rollback Outlook Update: you can try uninstalling the update to revert to the previous version. Open the Control Panel and go to Programs > Programs and Features (or Add or Remove Programs). Locate the Microsoft Office update that was installed on July 7th, select it, and choose the Uninstall option. After the rollback, restart your computer.
