Outlook Signature

Good morning,

when I try to edit the signatures in Outlook and click on the signatures and nothing happens like no dialogue box appears to edit signatures in Windows 10 on a desktop computer. I did troubleshoot- uninstall the desktop version of Office and check the updates. Moreover, delete and create a new profile.
