- SaraBoJun 06, 2024Brass ContributorGreat article. Related question: On the "new Outlook" there seems to be no possibility to use shared categories. So each teammember sees a different set of cat. Any suggestions on an alternative that would enable people to follow up on shared mailboxes? Thx in advance
