Outlook search not working on Macbook and iMac

I upgraded to Big Sur on both units and now Outlook Search is not finding results unless the search term is in the email address or subject line, IE not searching the body of the email.  I see similar posts however they say that issue is fixed in version 11.14 and I am on 11.15.  Frustrating!

Interesting note, it does seem to search the message body of my sent mail.
