Actually, it was fixed on March 15th as promised when they released KB5011563. However, this first went out to the Beta and Release Preview Channels.

This update is now available in the "regular" Release Channel for Windows 11 as well via Windows Update.

However the latest automatic update I have received from Microsoft was dated March 9, 2022 so I have not yet seen any signs of release KB5010563 of March 15, 2022. Can you please direct me to how I can perform an immediate update based on this release?

  It looks to be still in a staged roll-out phase. If you want it now, switching your computer to the Release Preview Channel will make sure you get it now.
  
  Start-> Settings-> Windows Update-> Windows Insider Program-> Choose your Insider settings-> Release Preview.

    Robert, I'm wondering if you would be kind enough to assist further given that searching recent emails in Outlook still does not work, even af installing release KB5010563 as you and MS recommended. Thanks in advance.
